    Menu Approach

    Each month we create a small tasting menu, consisting of 6-8 dishes that can be ordered as a series or a la carte. The dishes orient around distinct seasonal flavors. We want you to experience clean, fresh flavors; seasoned with a delicate touch. Some dishes will be completely new to you while others are classics. It's a culinary adventure in your own backyard -- designed to pique your curiosity and satisfy your senses.

    Simple green salad with local lettuces, herbs, and shaved radish 6.
    Tomato tartare w/ green goddess dressing 8.

    Garden lasagna. Local tomatoes, shaved zucchini ribbons, basil-pine nut pesto, rich tomato sauce and cashew ricotta 16.
    Farmers market platter: assorted goodies from the local guys 17.

    Petit fours: vanilla & coconut macaroons, lemon-pistachio biscotti, grandma's Armenian nutmeg cake, dark chocolate grapes 6.
    Beet and rhubarb tartlet. Puff pastry, local beets. house-made almond ricotta. red wine reduction 6.
